Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Camarillo, CA, is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team and help deliver friendly service and strong sales performance. You will organize store merchandise, assist customers, upsell products, and embody the Clarks brand while following loss prevention policies.

This role requires standing for long periods and may involve lifting up to 50 lbs; we offer employee discounts, medical and dental plans, and a supportive work environment.

• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods of time, frequent bending, climbing, moving of ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
