Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring an Operations Teammate to execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes, maintain product availability, and ensure pricing and signage standards are met. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, collaborating with sales teammates to deliver an exceptional athlete experience.

Targeted Pay Range: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour; actual rate will be based on location, experience and position offered, with benefits as part of our comprehensive package.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
• Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes. Collaborate with sales teammates across the store to identify athlete needs and provide a personalized experience.
