Job summary

SEPHORA in Bloomfield Plaza (MI) is seeking an Operations Associate for a part-time, hourly role. You’ll support daily operations, manage inventory, and assist with merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand. The position emphasizes client service, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 1–2 years in retail or similar environments, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Availability during peak times is expected.
