Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced, retail management experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Retail management: proven ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandising directives.
• Leadership management: experience attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, adapting to change and leading others.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and retail shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth, and expense control.
• Manage schedules and realignments to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, dress code, and SOPs.
• Lead and develop a diverse team including Task Associates and the Merchandise Manager.
