Whether working behind the scenes or on the sales floor, you’ll help keep the store athlete-ready, aligned to brand standards, and deliver personalized service by collaborating with teammates to meet athlete needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory, replenishment, and fulfillment processes accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product availability and ensure merchandise is properly stocked and organized.
• Support pricing, signage, and merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deliver exceptional athlete engagement by greeting all athletes. Collaborate with sales teammates across the store to identify athlete needs and provide a personalized experience.
