Job summary

Enmarket is seeking Sales Associates to operate the station during shifts, ensuring customer needs are met and store profitability grows. The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate transactions, and adherence to safety policies.

Duties include greeting customers, promoting specials, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across the store environment. Must be 18+, capable of lifting weights and handling varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and complete shift reports.
• Must be able to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and carry cases of milk, beverages, etc., with proper technique.
• Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies in emergencies.
• Prolonged periods standing and working at a desk/computer.

Responsibilities

• Work a flexible schedule as needed and communicate with management on store operations.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent service.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per company guidelines.
