You will collaborate with teammates, maintain displays, handle transactions via POS, and support inventory with flexible scheduling for nights and weekends in a fast-growing fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile, determine needs, help find merchandise and offer styling recommendations.
• Achieve personal sales goals and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Collaborate with the team to reach sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain product knowledge of features, benefits and pricing.
• Keep shelves/displays stocked, organized and visually appealing.
• Keep the store clean, neat and well-maintained.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist with inventory tasks like receiving shipments and counts.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Process returns and exchanges to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Report to work as scheduled and remain flexible to business needs.
