Sephora NJ Ocean County Mall is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations and inventory management at 1201 Hooper Ave, Toms River, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining Sephora standards, assisting with merchandising, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position offers part-time hours with potential for additional shifts, requiring reliability, teamwork, and strong communication to support sales goals and a welcoming customer

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and communicate product knowledge
