Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate for our Glen Mills, PA store. You will support daily store operations, manage inventory, stock replenishment, and fulfill orders while helping maintain Sephora’s in-store standards.

You will also assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups, deliver exceptional client experiences, and work to achieve sales goals. This part-time role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
