Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role emphasizes stocking fixtures, keeping the store clean, and following procedures to drive performance.

You will assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, participate in ongoing brand and category training, and help ensure product availability, accurate inventory, and loss-prevention best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS system.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring product is available for purchase and tasks are executed as planned.
• Complete shipments, replenishment, merchandise resets, planograms, and inventory procedures per procedures.
• Maintain assigned work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness on the sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
