Love's Travel Stops is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily retail, fuel, and service operations. You will supervise a team, ensure safety and cleanliness, and drive sales through effective inventory and merchandising practices.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and collaboration with the General Manager on scheduling, reporting, and budget improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, c-store, or similar management.
• Experience managing operations with multi-site responsibilities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze budgets, P&L, and improve profitability.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple business operations including store, fuel, and service areas.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well-maintained facilities and equipment.
• Drive sales through ordering, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Assist the General Manager with scheduling, cash control, and reporting.
• Review financials to identify opportunities and implement changes.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
