• Maintain understanding of location's daily functions and operational needs.
• Develop and train 15-25 team members.
• Utilize DISC profiling to build a cohesive team.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure compliance.
• Support department managers with daily operations.
• Manage escalated customer and employee complaints.
• Support Membership growth year over year.
• Manage overall safety and maintenance needs.
