Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and cash handling during shifts.
• Ensure accuracy of daily deposits and financial procedures.
• Coordinate special orders, transfers, and incoming shipments.
• Oversee warehouse storage and distribution to the sales floor.
• Train and motivate sales floor staff and provide leadership.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and address concerns.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to reach sales targets.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in store and warehouse.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and problem-solving for the team.
