Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated retail Associate at our Jasper, IN store to uphold merchandising, customer service, and backroom standards. You’ll work with the team to ensure efficient processing of shipments, accurate tagging, and a welcoming store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in retail with leadership exposure, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to a busy, flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Creates positive customer experience and maintains store standards.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merchandising processing to the floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Ensures tasks are completed per store plan and coaches as needed.
• Keeps backroom organized and maintains safety and cleanliness.
