Responsibilities

• Lead and guide sales associates in merchandise handling, training, and presentation standards.
• Delegate daily tasks and supervise when acting as leader on duty.
• Oversee store opening/closing, POS operations, and cash handling.
• Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with Policies and Code of Ethics.
• Manage inventory with regular audits and recommendations for stock replenishment and markdowns.
