Job summary

Fanatics is hiring a Retail Lead to drive sales through daily operations and deliver an exceptional fan experience in a fast-paced environment. You will manage in-game shifts, support stockroom organization, and work with systems like OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring retail or hospitality experience, strong communication and teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout scheduled shifts, as well as lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations.
• Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization.
• Operate retail systems including OpSuite5.0, POS, and CAYAN.
• Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including revenue targets and metrics.
• Coach Retail Associates to deliver an exemplary fan experience.
• Perform Manager on Duty responsibilities as needed.
