Responsibilities include handling orders, payments, curbside pickup, and warehouse duties while using the TC B app for bin locating and order staging.

Qualifications

• Proficient in all KLMaint functions including credit card transactions, will call generation/processing/consolidation, and shipping orders.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders accurately and troubleshoot payments, stock issues, and customer incidents.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate openly.
• Identify root causes of common customer service issues.
• Communicate professionally via in-person, email, phone, and Slack.
• Resolve CS Module incidents promptly and accurately.
• Use the proprietary app (TCB) for bin locating, stowing, and curbside pickup.
• Stow will call orders with precise consolidation and organization.
• Assist with inventory processes like quarterly physical inventory.
• Help fetch/pack/transmit/stage local delivery orders.
• Perform outbound/inbound warehouse duties and maintain cleanliness.
• Support curbside pickup traffic flow and order staging.
• Assist locker customers with access.
• Maintain packing materials and supplies.
