Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is hiring Sales Associates to help operate the station during shifts, ensuring customer needs are met and store profitability. You will engage customers, assist with transactions, and support a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers with a friendly manner, performing shift reports, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and adhering to store policies. The role requires 18+ years of age and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, inside).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide best customer experience, greet every customer with a smile, and suggest purchases.
• Prepare a shift report and communicate store operations changes quickly.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store; enforce regulations.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and support the Safety and Health program.
