Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to help manage station operations, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The role includes greeting customers, promoting specials, and ensuring smooth shift turnover.

The position emphasizes reliability, the ability to handle varied duties, and a focus on providing a friendly, efficient experience for every guest at our Boston-area stations.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at a basic level (8th grade).
• Identify customers and verify IDs for tobacco/alcohol as required.
• Lift up to 30 pounds with proper technique.
• Stay calm and follow policies during emergencies.
• Exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products possible.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate station during shift to support profitability and customer service.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and greet with a smile.
• Prepare a shift report and communicate with management as needed.
• Provide best customer experience and promote store specials.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper appearance of the station.
• Support implementation of Safety and Health programs and report incidents.
