Job summary

Ashley | The Wellsville Group in Johnstown, PA is seeking a Retail Operations Coordinator to ensure operational excellence in-store and support retail management and the sales team. You’ll work closely with the General Manager in executing standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Experience with MS Office, STORIS, and POS programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit sales and payment transactions at the retail location.
• Receive weekly merchandise transfer trucks and conduct inventory counts.
• Review missed punches and overtime, and maintain showroom team schedule.
• Collaborate with GM to support the sales team and train staff on systems.
• Reconcile showroom funds monthly and generate routine reports.
