Job summary

SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac in Dallas is seeking a Part-time Operations Associate to support back-of-house efficiency and customer experience. The role covers merch paperwork, stockroom organization, POS assistance, and daily inventory tasks.

The candidate should bring 1+ year in sales support, strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and a polished brand-presenting appearance. Bilingual ability and schedule flexibility are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of prior sales support experience including POS, merchandising paperwork, cycle counts, and inventory management.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work within established timelines.
• Strong attention to details.
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Brand appropriate personal presentation
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility with scheduling needs of the business.
• Bilingual in certain key markets.

Responsibilities

• Administrative / Merchandising paperwork processing (merchandise check-in, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs).
• Visual Merchandising (floor sets/moves, replenishment, maintenance).
• Asset Protection (shortage strategies, inventory control including cycle counts).
