Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experience. You will help keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and complete daily tasks under the guidance of the Merchandise and Operations Managers.

The role requires attention to detail, adherence to procedures, and the ability to work both independently and with the team. Flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsabilités

• Deliver operational excellence to support sales and guest experience.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks.
• Support Merchandise and Operations Managers through performance, people, and process.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Keep work area replenished and with testers available.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
