Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations at our Texas locations. You will engage customers, process transactions, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.

Responsibilities include providing friendly service, handling POS transactions, and executing safety and maintenance routines to ensure a high‑quality customer experience while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at least a basic level.
• Ability to validate identification prior to tobacco/alcohol sales as required by regulations.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and carry boxes of milk, beverages, and related items using proper lifting techniques.
• Remain calm and respond to emergencies per company policies and procedures.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Operate the station during shifts to contribute to profitability and store growth.
• Provide the best customer experience by greeting customers with a smile and assisting with purchases.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports per company guidelines.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
