Enmarket is hiring a part-time Retail Operations Team Member at our Aiken, SC location. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and adherence to company policies during all shifts. Qualified applicants are 18+ years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and able to verify identification for age-restricted products.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Able to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol per regulations.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying cases of milk, beverages, etc.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Interact with customers in a professional manner and promote store specials.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate operations updates to management.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and the appearance of the store environment.
• Operate assigned equipment safely and report accidents or incidents.
