Job summary

Enmarket is hiring Sales Associates to staff our stores across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. The role focuses on delivering friendly, efficient customer service, greeting customers with a warm welcome, and promoting store specials while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities include handling daily tasks, communicating with management, and ensuring customer needs are met with a positive attitude throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validating Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and complete shift reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best customer experience to every customer.
• Greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Suggest possible purchases to customers and promote specials.
• Own execution of the customer service program at the site level.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Maintain store safety and appearance and ensure policy compliance.
