Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Saint Petersburg location. You will keep fixtures stocked, help maintain cleanliness, and assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with daily tasks and compliance.

We value attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and a flexible schedule that includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Previous retail exposure is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Meet store sales goals by ensuring products are stocked and available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipments, replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and providing exceptional guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
