Job summary

Sephora in Ohio is seeking an Operations Associate to be the backbone of store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising, ensuring smooth day-to-day store functions and a great client experience.

You will support daily operations, assist with merchandising, and help the team reach sales goals while maintaining Sephora standards and a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and uphold standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora’s brand in promotions and events.
