Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate in North Carolina to support daily operations, keep merchandise stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance, people, and process initiatives while upholding store standards.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Proficient with POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and merchandise is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and processing shipment using Ulta Beauty’s technology and practices.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping areas replenished, signed and faced, and ensuring testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
