Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a friendly and dedicated Retail Operations Team Member for our Northwood, NH location. You will help run the store operations, greet customers, process transactions, and support daily safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include delivering great service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write English at an eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol.
• Can lift up to 30 pounds, carry cases of milk and beverages with proper lifting techniques.
• Remain calm and respond according to policies in emergencies.
• Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
• Work in varying temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift according to guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet every customer with a smile.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the store and surroundings.
• Operate store equipment safely and efficiently and report incidents.
• Support implementation of Safety and Health program.
• Complete new employee safety orientation procedure.
