GARAGE is hiring an Operations Associate to keep the stockroom organized, manage inventory, and ensure the floor is always stocked and ready. You will process shipments and support both in-store and e-commerce orders, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

You’ll work as part of a dynamic team, with responsibilities spanning back-of-house operations, stock replenishment, and collaboration to maintain a vibrant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience preferred (fashion-related a plus).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom and keep inventory moving.
• Process shipments and ensure the floor stays full and fresh.
• Support order processing from E-comm to markdowns for a seamless customer experience.
• Assist with back-end operations to keep store running smoothly.
