Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking Sales Associates to operate the station during shifts, ensure customer satisfaction, and support profitability. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and promote store programs while maintaining safe, clean conditions and complying with company policies.

The role emphasizes a welcoming customer experience, accurate cash handling, and teamwork to deliver best-in-class service at our Salem, SC location.

Qualifications

Read, understand, and write English at the eighth-grade level.
Perform arithmetic calculations at the eighth-grade level to make change and balance shift reports.
Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol as required by regulations.
Lift up to 30 pounds.
Remain calm and respond according to policies in emergencies.
Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
Work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
Perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Operate the station during the shift in line with company policy and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner and greet each customer with a smile.
Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
Support the execution of the customer service program at the site level.
