• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards as Associates process efficiently.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
