Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store Merchandiser in Naperville, IL. You’ll build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

You’ll also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires. We welcome motivated individuals 18+, with 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred, but no prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and train others.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Willingness to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
