Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to oversee in-store merchandising execution for our retail partners and drive sales outcomes across assigned territories in Colorado and nationwide. In this field-based role, you’ll lead a small team to implement planograms, complete resets, and maintain visually engaging, fully stocked displays.

You’ll coordinate schedules, communicate with store leadership, and report results using mobile tools.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail merchandising or equivalent.
• Strong communication and collaboration with store leadership.
• Experience executing planograms and resets in a wholesale/partners setting.
