Job description

Retail Merchandising Supervisor

Staples – Inevitable opportunity to lead and inspire on the sales floor while ensuring merchandising excellence.

Base Pay Range

$18.50/hr – $19.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls: Zero Balance, Return to Vendor, Return to Warehouse, Cross‑Channel Returns, Reserve online pick‑up in store.
• Execute all product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Execute Weekly Planograms and seasonal promo merchandising changeover.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage shoppers with basic selling skills.
• Maintain a neat and clean store and provide an inviting environment for customers.
• Perform front‑end responsibilities such as cashier, returns, and online reservations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills & Experience
