Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and related merchandising tasks. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary customer service as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST).

Responsibilities include completing planograms, price changes, sign maintenance, and merchandise/fixture assembly.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and provide legenday customer service while in stores.
