Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support a single store with planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assemblies. You will interact with customers and team members to deliver legendary service and ensure accurate store presentation.

The role emphasizes attendance, adaptability, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail setting. Shifts vary and safety and policy adherence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; able to read, write and count.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidelines.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
