Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to support store operations with planograms, signage, price updates, and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service using the GURA method, and you may assist with other merchandise tasks and signage maintenance.

The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced retail environment, with shifts that support business needs and store operations.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including, but not limited to, Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers’ needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers and adhere to Company safety training and guidelines.
• Team Members also may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
