Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise and replenish on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and tasks.
• Coordinate with management to maintain store standards and safety.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs.
