Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated retail professional in Buffalo to execute receiving and merchandising standards and guide Associates to operate efficiently. You will help deliver an outstanding customer experience, keep the store clean and organized, and model strong service practices.

You will train team members, supervise backroom organization, and collaborate with management to prioritize merchandise flow while adhering to labor laws and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking across priorities.
• Ability to train other associates.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer experience and maintain clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with management to ensure priority items flow to the sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Rotate back stock for replenishment and maintain signage standards.
• Uphold labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
