Burlington is seeking a Merchandising Manager in New York to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, recovery, fitting rooms, and floor organization. You will model core values, build strong teams, and drive business results while delivering a great shopping experience.

The role emphasizes leadership of a high-energy team, coordinating floor moves, pricing accuracy, and collaboration with district/region management to resolve merchandising issues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at Off Price, Big Box, Specialty or multi-unit retail organization with fashion apparel merchandising.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the store's sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide the Selling Floor Supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and ensure accurate pricing.
