Job summary

Aritzia is growing its Boutique Merchandising Department to curate merchandise and present products in our boutiques in our Everyday Luxury environment. You will play a pivotal role in the strategic placement of product to translate the product story while maintaining high standards on the sales floor for an exceptional client experience.

You will lead the team to execute visual merchandising, support omni-channel services, and drive sales through strategic product placement and collaboration

• Ensure accurate processing of shipments between DC, boutiques, and clients.
• Strategically place products on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.
• Translate the product story through visual merchandising to support Everyday Luxury.
• Lead the team to execute Aritzia's display and maintenance standards on the sales floor.
• Support omni-channel services and seamless cross-channel shopping experiences.
• Oversee daily retail operations across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations.
• Manage day-to-day performance and foster career development for the retail team.

THE TEAM

The mission of the Boutique Merchandising Department is to curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment to create exceptional shopping experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Boutique Merchandising Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating our merchandise assortment and presenting our product in the most inspiring way in our boutiques for our clients. You will play a pivotal role in the strategic placement of product to translate the product story, while maintaining the standards of product on the sales floor to deliver an Everyday Luxury experience. THE ROLE

• Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients.
• Strategically place product on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities
• Translate the product story through creative visual merchandising
• Lead the team to execute against Aritzia's standards of product display and maintenance on the sales floor
• Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences by supporting omni channel services
• Ensure the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the retail team in support of business objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
