Job summary

The TJ Maxx team in Memphis is seeking a motivated retail associate to support receiving and merchandising standards. You will help ensure efficient processing of merchandise, maintain clean and organized store areas, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Ability to work nights and weekends; lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
