Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded properly.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth goods flow to sales floor.
• Organize back stock and maintain signage and merchandising philosophy.
• Promote safety and comply with labor laws and store policies.
