You will also back leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, with opportunities for growth and flexible hours; no prior experience required as training is provided. Ideal candidates are 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have 1–2 years of merchandising

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
