Qualifications

• Able to work a flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.

• Handle many priorities and multitask effectively with limited supervision.
• Lift, push or pull materials up to 100 pounds; climb ladders; stand and walk continuously.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment; manage conflicts cooperatively.
• Demonstrate honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Preferred: key holder experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and efficient inventory controls (Zero Balance, RTV, Return to Warehouse, Cross Channel Returns, Reserve online pick up in store).
• Execute product activities including truck unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining stock levels.
• Perform weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Engage customers with basic selling skills and present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store environment for customers.
• Fulfill front-end duties (cashier, returns, online reservations).
• Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned.

Play a central role in helping your store, your people and your customers win.

Essential skills and experience:
