Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Retail Client Merchandising Representative in Glendale, AZ. The role focuses on promoting nationally distributed products in convenience stores, building relationships with store staff, and ensuring accurate pricing and planograms.

Flexible daytime schedule with weekly pay and training is offered. The role requires 21+ age, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable transportation to cover multiple stores in a territory, with a preference for retail or customer service

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Willing to transport required materials.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Build displays and stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
