Responsibilities

• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back accurately according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Promotes store safety and loss prevention.
• Supports store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Provides recognition and constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
