Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories in Dayton, OH is seeking a Merchandising Coordinator to execute the Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy. Maximizes brand presentation and prominence on the retail floor to increase sales while fostering partnerships with sales associates and store leadership.

The Part-Time Merchandising Associate will implement seasonal guidelines, coordinate merchandise placement, and visit stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years in retail/visual merchandising/retail buying.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Place new/replenishment merchandise and POS to maximize sell-thru and brand presentation.
• Execute store visits and respond to changing retail environment.
• Coordinate with store/district/regional management to ensure brand awareness.
• Provide weekly reports and photos recapping store visits and stock issues.

Position Summary

The Part-Time Merchandising Associate (RMA) executes the Randa and Haggar brand merchandising strategy. Maximizes Randa & Haggar Brand presentation, profile, and prominence on the retail selling floor to increase sales while cultivating partnerships with sales associates, visual managers, department managers, store managers, and district/regional personnel.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Implement and execute seasonal account zone-a-grams and visual merchandising guidelines at retail.
• Partner with store personnel to place new/replenishment merchandise and POS in a timely manner to maximize product sell-thru and Randa and Haggar brand presentations.
• Execute store visits based on business needs and react to the ever-changing retail environment.
• Partner with all levels of store, district, and regional management to ensure brand awareness and support.
• Maintain communication with internal partners by providing weekly field reports and photos recapping store visits and product/stock issues.

Position Qualifications

Education

• High School Diploma required, Associates Degree Preferred.

Relevant Work Experience

• At least 3-5 years or more relevant work experience as Retail Sales Associate, Visual Merchandiser, Retail Buyer or Retail Merchandising College Credits.

Computer Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Other Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Vision to be able to distinguish colors.
• Sense of touch.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
