Advantage Solutions' Retail Odyssey division is hiring a SAS Merchandiser to help shape product placement and presentation on store shelves, ensuring stock is neat, accessible, and visually appealing while supporting promotional setups and shopper experience.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. You’ll interact with store management, work efficiently, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain a safety‑first mindset in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Capable of physical work: lift up to 50 lbs. and move, bend, stand.
• Can push pallet jacks and U-boat carts.
• Reliable transportation to work locations.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Works independently but can also collaborate in a team.
• Adheres to safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

As part of the store or field team, the SAS Merchandiser plays a vital role in driving sales and supports overall store performance through attention to detail and consistency in merchandising standards.
